If you’re looking for a place really close to the Bottleworks District then this is the place you want to stay. Very close to many different eateries. The location was a bit sketchy though. We didn’t sleep very well at night due to the other apartment that is attached being noisy & outside noise. The garage is very small, not suitable for an suv, maybe more for a little two car. The beds were comfy but the pillows were terrible. The couch in the living area is also not comfy at all. This house was ok for our stay but I’d probably stay somewhere else if ever in the area again.
Perfect stay for us! The apartment was perfect for our visit for the Indy Marathon. The place was clean and very comfortable for us. We checked out a few neighborhood spots that were all excellent and it was a short Uber to get downtown and enjoy the city. We would definitely stay again!
This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!
The apartment was very nice and clean. We were not able to use the sofa bed which was unfortunate but we made due. The whole process was very smooth and easy and the communication was excellent. I would stay again.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
This was our second weekend back here and there had clearly been a dog and confetti in between our stays. The floor in the living room still had tufts of dog hair spread around, especially under the dining table. When we went to sweep it up ourselves, the broom provided was still coated in dog hair, so it wasn’t effective. I went to dry off after a shower and ended up covered in dog hair from the towel. Thankfully, the sheets on the beds seemed clean. The first weekend we stayed, it was much cleaner, but things weren’t put away where we were told they would be, like sheets for the pull out bed, so we couldn’t find them. It turned out they were still wet in the dryer, so we had to dry them again. Communication to find the sheets and knives for the empty knife rack was slow, but worked out eventually. It definitely isn’t a two bedroom apartment. It’s one bedroom and a living room, and you need to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, so anyone staying in the living room is at a disadvantage there. We made it work, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. The neighborhood isn’t a wealthy area as described either. It’s clearly a newly gentrified area with a lot of large new build homes that are vacant. It seemed perfectly safe, but mostly empty. The apartment is close to a park, which is nice, and is very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while in town.
Love: the safe walkable historical neighborhood, the inside of the carriage house, the amenities. Hate: the outside, the weedy front yard of the house, the mattress laying in the front yard, the untended landscaping, the pile of rotting wood inside the tiny fenced patio. When we arrived, we were appalled to find we were staying at a property that looked abandoned due to foot tall grass and weeds in front of the main house. The lawn had tree limbs laying in it, the shrubbery was overgrown, and a large stained mattress lay in the front yard near the sidewalk. Our first thought was OMG have we made a mistake!!! The apartment fortunately was modern and clean or we would have left. Notified the management and was told they weren't aware the tenant in the house had moved out but they would take care of the problem. We stayed at this carriage home for 8 days thinking they would clean up the front but nothing was done. We had friends and family come over and visit. It was embarrassing to have them see us staying behind a house with a stained mattress on the front lawn surrounded by weeds and tall grass going to seed. We felt sorry for the neighbors in this beautiful neighborhood, and were not comfortable having family or friends over the rest of our stay. If we had known about the state of the exterior of the property, we would not have booked it. Despite making our concerns known, nothing was done and we were not offered any discount.
