Summary:
100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

3 min walk to Convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse
8 Min walk to Lucas Oil

The Space:
Very cool and open layout.

Master King bedroom - On the inner side of the loft with no windows. Enclosed by walls all the way to the ceiling and no windows. Very quiet at night! Has attached bathroom that can be used from the bedroom or through common space.

Two queen room - Has the nice bathroom and one of the lofts over looks this bedroom. There are curtains for privacy.

Please note that three bedrooms are lofts only accessible via a ladder.
Loft 1 - Is right above the entrance and will have curtains for privacy
Loft 2 and 3 - Climb up from the kitchen and go left to loft 2. This over looks the room with two queens and can be separated by curtains. Go right to loft 3 which over looks the living room.

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find it comfortable. It is up to each group to decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.

Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.

Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking.

The Neighborhood:
The location is in the middle of downtown Indianapolis with the police head quarters across the street!

Getting Around:
walk walk walk. You can literally walk just about anywhere. Do not want to to walk rent one of many scooters right outside our door to get around!

Great location and very responsive hosts. We appreciate them addressing any concerns. For a business trip, we didn’t read the description details close enough to realize the 5 rooms wasn’t the actual layout. The description provides an accurate detail of the lofts and bedrooms but we didn’t catch this prior to renting for a business trip which really wasn’t the best situation for 5 coworkers. That was on us and we appreciate them opening their location to us.

You’ll Be In The Middle of all the Fun!!!

We traveled for a conference and wanted a place that would accommodate all of our employees who had differing physical abilities. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, spacious and really a great vibe!! It is located within walking distance of many restaurants and other establishments including the Lucas Oil Stadium. This was the perfect place for us. The owners were thorough, and gave very detailed instructions. They were responsive to our needs as well. Overall a great place in Indy!!

Great place

Excellent alternative to high-priced hotel rooms for work colleagues, assuming everyone gets along. Convention center main entrance is 2 blocks away, variety of restaurants & entertainment within walking distance. Condo itself was very nice, spacious, and the hosts were fantastic.

Great location

We stayed here for a week long conference at the Indiana Convention center. It was a 7 minute walk from the front door of the apartment to my seat in the center. Two city blocks. The basketball arena is even closer. The football stadium a bit farther. Lots of great places to eat within steps of the building. A mall was across the street. Parking was in a grade about a half a block away. We pulled up, unloaded in the lobby, parked the car. Worked out perfect. The apartment itself is big and spacious. We had 10 in our family. Plenty of room on the couch and kitchen area for everyone. The owner was responsive with questions and gave great info before arrival.

Perfect Downtown Loft

Great location, great communication with hosts and very clean and well equipped condo. Has all the charm of an old building with modern amenities and safety features. (Just fyi for those with kids - it is a loft situation for some of the bedrooms.)

Perfect for our Conference!

Everything about this place was perfect. We were attending the Sweets & Snacks Conference at the Convention Center. Before I got there, I was a little concerned about safety. Once we pulled in, I realized there wasn't anything to worry about, it felt very safe! We were tired at night, so it was great to have this condo to relax in. It's an easy walk to the convention center and plenty of places to eat nearby. The condo was very clean and well-organized. The property managers communicated thoroughly in every aspect. One thing I appreciated in particular - I was there with employees, so it was nice to have my own room. Everyone could get privacy, or be together when we wanted. Also, it was very nice to have access to the parking garage! Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect Place, Lucky Find for our Group!

We had a few of us that came into town for work and play. We wanted to stay together instead of individual hotel rooms and this was the ideal location and place to stay! The communication from the host was excellent from the beginning and the place was immaculate. Our group loved the location and the rental so much that we have all saved it for future use as the ideal place to go in Indy! Thank you so much to Austin and his team, we will be back!

Cool Comfy City Loft

My family and I stayed at the loft for the holiday and had a wonderful time. It was clean and comfortable. The space was very cool and we especially loved the pool table. The location was great and convenient to many places in the city. Communication was always quick and easy. We would definitely stay again in the future!

This team is super proactive with communicating well in advance before the event. And during, they made it very well known if there are issues to reach out. Super simple process, and even simpler space. No annoying multi-step checkout list; they treat you so, so well.

Great location!

We enjoyed a Mom’s weekend getaway, and this was a great place for us to stay. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Property managers were very responsive. We would love to rent here again when needing a place in downtown Indy for family or friends.
