"Autumn did an awesome job. First room (105) the fridge didn't work and the door was sagging and the door frame was lose and busted. The 2nd (125) room the toilet would fill up and slowly drain and the fridge was about to fall over but, it worked."

"I was disappointed . The sheets were worn and not comfortable nor did they fit the bed well. The pillows were lumpy and the towels were pretty thin and worn. I expected better. The floor in the bathroom was sticky as well. The hallway to the elevator was full of water as the pool was near the main walkway to the elevator. They did have signs up indicating wet floors but would have been better if they mopped up the water more regularly. On the plus side, the lobby looked nice and updated as did the room tho the bathroom could use some attention. I love that they employ special needs people and give them an opportunity to make a living! We were tired after a long day and didn’t let the disappointment interfere with our visit. Just wasn’t what I thought it would be."
