About this property

Refurbished Barn with Excellent View of Indian River

  • Our rental unit is on the ground floor of a refurbished barn. The pictures shown of the Indian River is your view from the front windows. There is a parade of boats passing by all summer long. We have two 20' dock spaces directly across the street. AND YES, you are welcome to bring your own boat and use the dock. (Separate liability waver required) We are located within a short walking distance to downtown Indian River and the Indian River Golf Course. There is one bedroom with a double bed, another with a twin bed, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Laundry facility available on site. No Smoking in the unit.
