Hotel was very clean. Staff was pleasant. And the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful

Very nice staff & they kept everything nice and clean!

We arrived early in the morning after debarking from a cruise. The front desk staff said around 1130am that our room should be ready. When we checked back in with them I was then told that housekeeping had just started working and it would be 4pm. They would email me when our room was ready and that too did not happen. We had a lite breakfast and coffee then layed out by the pool as we waited until 4pm. The servers were great and made us feel welcome. The room was great and air conditioned. Just wish the communication had been a bit better on the wait expectation as I do acknowledge the 4pm check in but was told we would be able to get into our room earlier when we arrived.

Maison Felix is truly a gem. The hotel is beautifully designed, immaculate, and full of charm. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived—professional, warm, and always attentive. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and every detail felt carefully thought out. The rooms were stunning, and the quality of the linen was outstanding—some of the best I’ve experienced in any boutique hotel. Maison Felix is one of those rare finds you’re grateful to discover. Highly recommended.
