Best service ever!

Although receptionists aren't as proficient in English, but they are very sincere in providing the best service and ensuring our stay is comfortable. The hotel provides unlimited free bottled water and coffee machine for all guests at the reception area. Room is of a good size too. They may not be proficient in English but they try their very best to understand us. Beds are a little on the harder side though. Overall a really good and happy stay at Soma Hotel. Location is rather convenient as well. Will stay again if I have a chance. Thank you Soma Hotel!

Great Stay

It is very close to Citizen's Park subway station. Room was clean and very spacious. I love how spacious the bathroom was too. Overall we had a great stay at Soma Hotel and we are to come back in Incheon, we will definitely stay there again.

連泊を後悔しました

広さは快適でしたが、他は多少潔癖の私には無理があり、連泊をキャンセルしたくて悩みました。みた感じ綺麗でも、ベットに髪の毛が残っていたり、コンセントや隅などはホコリ。シャワーも水垢だらけ。壁がなく水が周りに飛び散り放題。タオルにも虫が。翌日は清掃が入りましたが、翌々日、出先から戻ると、全く手付かずの部屋に呆れ果てました。チェックインでは、まず首を傾げられ時間がかかり、夜の受付には、ふさわしくない格好の若い男の人、チェックアウトには誰もおらずカードだけ置いて去りました。

아침일찍 비행기를 타야해서 전날 미리가서 잘 호텔을 검색했는데 상당히 저렴한 가격이라 예약 했습니다. 공항과 거리가 가깝다고 할순 없지만 자가용으로 30분 안쪽으로의 거리 입니다. 직원 서비스도 좋구요 룸도 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 어딜가든 창문이없는방은 아쉬움이 남긴 하지만요. 근처에 편의점과 빵집들도 있어서 간단히 요기할수있습니다. 다음번에 여행때 또 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

新しくできた仁川2号線駅から近く、 とても便利でした。部屋も広くてフェイスパックなども用意してくださりとても良かったです。 朝にいるフロントの方は、とても感じがよく丁寧だったのですが、夜のフロントの方が無愛想ですごく怖かったので残念でした。 それ以外は、とても気持ちよく過ごせました！
