敷地面積は350 m2で、サンタマガダレナの丘のふもと、トラムンタナ近くの14000 mの敷地にあります。
マヨルカ島の中心部に位置する自然の中で平和な夜の星々が与える美しい眺めと抱擁は、マヨルカ島を魔法のように理想的な場所にし、島を知り、サイクリングに出かけます。
2008年に改装され、4つのダブルベッドルーム、3つのダブルベッド、2つのシングルベッドがあります。 2つのバスルーム、キッチン、ダイニングルーム、2つのリビングルーム、美しい景色を望むテラス。設備が整っており、駐車場、1つの屋根付きのオープンスペースがあります。
プールは塩で、湧水はほとんど自然で、トラックで購入します。
到着時に110ユーロを現金で支払う必要があります。

Great House with all the things you need and a nice pool. But on the other hand it has problems with insects crawling in every night. Also there isn't a lot of shade outside, so it's nearly impossible to enjoy the outside during most of the day. Compared to the price paid it was a bit underwhelming.

Everything you need

There were four of us in the finca for a week. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Lovingly furnished and well equipped - the only thing that would have been nice would have been a cushion for the pool loungers. Catalina is a very friendly hostess. The communication before and during the vacation was always very friendly and very fast. There are no neighbors, you have a view of the mountains and you can get anywhere quickly by car. We can only recommend the finca and we would definitely come back!

Rustic Getaway

We enjoyed a week with 7 adults at the finca. The pool was great the rooms cozy. Best deal for the price. The only missing thing would be extra pool towls or blankets for the pool chairs. Kitchen and Bbq were great. Not a lot of extras but everything what you need for a week of living. But we would definitly come back. Location perfect to discover the island.

Perfect location, great Finca

Had a 12 night stay in Lina's lovely villa at the beginning of August which was lovely. The location and peaceful surroundings are amazing as are the views of the mountains. The finca itself is very spacious and was very clean. It is a traditional old style of farm house so it keeps cool inside and the fablns help to keep temperatures down at night. Lina is very attentive and can give you help with the surrounding area and any issues with the property. My kids loved the pool which is slightly smaller than the pictures but perfectly fine for the 5 of us. We'll definitely consider coming back in the future.

Traditional Spanish villa

Communication with host was good. When we arrived late evening we had an issue with keys and she came early next morning to help. The villa was traditional and very nice but the pictures made it look better. Outdoor space was great but the garden was not well kept with lots over grown weeds. The pool in the photo was large but it’s quite small in reality. On arrival the host wants cash of 190 euros this would be a lot easier to pay with the booking or through bank transfer! This fee was for cleaning! Also you must take your own rubbish when you leave but apart from liner in bin she leaves no other bags for you to take it away …… 6 people for 7 days that is not good enough especially with the cleaning fee you pay. The villa is in a good area for exploring the island with plenty of facilities near by. Over all we did enjoy our stay

Lovely stay

Everything was smooth, from the beginning until check-out. The location is quite nice if you want to see a bit (20-30 minutes to most main spots). The house offers a lot of space so even when you travel with others, you have enough room for yourself.

Big house with an amazing view

We (5 girls) had a very nice stay! We were there in the middle of the summer with pretty hot weather. The pool was very nice to cool off and look at the amazing view. The water is slightly salty, which we liked because there was not much chlorine scent in it. The house is very big and the kitchen had all we needed. Would really recommend!

Vacances à Inca

Nous avons passé de très chouettes vacances dans la maison de Lina. La maison est spacieuse. La vue sur les montagnes est superbe depuis la terrasse du haut. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé la piscine! L’emplacement de la maison qui est central permet de découvrir plusieurs endroits de l’île sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Schöne ruhige Finca

Entspannte Tage inmitten der Insel, so wie wir sie erhofft hatten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Einweisung ins Haus ebenfalls. Sehr landestypischer Charme des Hauses und viele Terassen zum verweilen. Schöner Blick vom Pool zu den Bergen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert : Das Restaurant Piug de Santa Magdalena: Auf dem Berg, gut zu sehen vom Pool, fantastische Aussicht und tolles Essen- Fazit: Sehr gute Location für einen Familienurlaub! Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen inklusive Kleinkind und hatten sehr schöne Tage dort.

Tolle Lacation für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub.

Das Haus ist grosszügig aufgeteilt und bietet ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie. Tolle ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Gebirge. Schöne Terrassen zum verweilen ob am Vormittag oder Abend. Ausstattung von Geschirr sowie sonstigen Hausrat sauber. Guter Empfang und Einweisung ins Objekt. War toll

Fabulosa!

La finca está situada en el centro de la isla, por lo que es ideal para conocer Mallorca en cortas excursiones diarias. Es una casa de estilo tradicional, muy grande, limpia y rodeada de naturaleza. Quisiera destacar la piscina de agua salada y el impresionante cielo nocturno...era casi como estar en el cielo! Lina es una anfitriona muy amable y acogedora y nos dio buenos consejos para visitar lugares de interés. Sin duda volveremos en otra ocasión.

Leider die falsche Jahreszeit!

Wir hatten Ende September/Anfang Oktober das Haus für zwei Wochen gemietet. Leider hatte der Nachbar zu dieser Zeit seine Felder gedüngt. Hinzu kam eine Fliegenplage, die einen Aufenthalt im Freien bzw. am (schönen) Pool unmöglich machte. Die Lage des Haus ist ansonsten sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und Badezimmer ist gut, die der Küche in Ordnung. Wir hoffen, dass die Fliegen nicht das ganze Jahr über da sind, sonst kann man die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Der Pool ist etwa 8x3m groß, was uns ausreichte. Die Raumaufteilung eignet sich sehr gut für 8 Personen, wir waren aber mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern dort. Lina war immer erreichbar und hat sofort neue Glühlampen gebracht oder eine Heizung bereitgestellt. Das Landhaus ins kein Neubau, dafür hat es aber landestypischen Charme. Wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt und die zentrale Lage auf der Insel für Ausflüge sehr geschätzt. Info: Den Milchbauernhof gibt es nicht mehr. Tipp: Agromart
