Enjoy refreshing swims in the 8m x 4m pool with chlorine, while enjoying panoramic views of the rest of the island. Relax and sunbathe in the 4 sunbeds by the pool. Upper area with porch and chill out where you can relax or enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the views. There is an outdoor barbecue and large table for 4 people, where you can enjoy outdoor meals.



The spacious and cozy interiors will make your holidays in Mallorca more relaxing and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with table for 4 people and directly connected to the outside porch. Bright living room with air conditioning and comfortable sofa for the most relaxing moments. Bedrooms with 2 single beds and ceiling fans, equipped for your comfortable rest. I recommend this villa without any doubts

The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived, the check in was very easy and the views were incredible. Very rural setting but perfect for some peace and quiet. The pool is amazing and in the sun all day long, and you can watch the sunset from the balcony every night. I would stay here again definitely!

The pool was so nice, with an amazing view overlooking the island. It is pretty close to Inca, but in a private location surrounded by lemon trees. The donkey welcomed us every time we passed by! We recommend this place to anyone visiting Mallorca :)

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderschöne Aussicht und die Ausstattung war ebenfalls super. Vom Pool bis hin zur großen Terasse und der perfekten Anbindung/Entfernung zu allen Seiten der Insel waren wir rundum zufrieden. Wir konnten auch bereits früher einchecken und die Gastgeber waren immer schnell zu erreichen. Schön wäre jedoch noch eine Anleitung bzw. Info zur Entsorgung vom Müll.

Der Ausblick ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön und die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt – inklusive Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, was den Alltag so angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden ohne zu zögern jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein ganz besonderer Ort! 🌞

Beautiful villa, amazing location

The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived, the location of the house allows for easy shopping around Inca or just 20 minutes drive down the road to Port d'Alcúdia which has loads of eating places and a very nice beach. The house is in a very rural setting allowing for some amazing views, we had breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the views of the island. The sunsets from the house are lovely and with dark skies you can enjoy the stars on clear nights. The pool is amazing and I would stay here again definitely!

Heerlijk huis, smaakvol ingericht en prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Veel privacy en voldoende plek om in oktober lekker in de zon te zitten of liggen. Zwembad was wel behoorlijk fris, maar ruim!Binnen een fijne ligbank met tv waarop je op je eigen Netflix account kunt inloggen.Complete keuken, alleen geen Dolcegusto, maar Nespresso apparaat (nog beter, maar we hadden obv de foto’s de verkeerde cupjes gekocht).De bedden lagen prima. De douche werkte goed, maar de ruimte was wat klein.Inchecken met sleutelkluisje, zodat je zelf kunt bepalen hoe laat je aankomt en weg gaat. Mooie centrale ligging op het eiland, dus goede uitvalsbasis. Restauranttip: Ses Coves in Campanet, wel reserveren!We hebben genoten van deze prachtige plek en komen graag nog eens terug!

Super Lage...!

Wir kannten die Lage bereits und waren in unserer Vorstellung positiv bestätigt. Die Sauberkeit hat an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas gefehlt. Der Besteckkasten war dreckig, Essensreste waren am Besteck und ein verschimmelter Sandwichtoaster hat sich im Schrank verirrt. Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer haben auch in Punkto Sauberkeit überzeugt. Leider haben wir in den Schubladen der Schlafzimmer und im Bad noch Überreste der Vormieter (Bikini, Seifen, etc.) vorgefunden. Das hätten wir und ebenfalls anders gewünscht. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Objekt und in der Lage sehr wohlgefühlt, hätten uns aber über alles etwas mehr Liebe im Detail gewünscht. Schöner Urlaub!

Top Lage mit weitem Blick zum Randa und auf des Tramuntana Gebirge

Grossartige Lage für einen ruhigen Urlaub, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Rennradtouren wenn man sich auf der Insel auskennt. Die Ruhe und der Blick von der Terasse und dem Pool ist grossartig. Kleine Dinge würden den Gesamteindruck noch einmal deutlich verbessern. (1) Die Küchenausstattung (Teller, Besteck, Gläser etc) wirkt wie zusammengesucht. Hier sollte mal eine Einheitliche Grundausstattung beschafft werden incl. Töpfe und Pfannen. (2) Die Elektrik hat ein Problem, Warmwasserboiler- und Poolpumpensicherung fallen immer wieder aus.

What a beautiful place! We loved it!

The location was perfect, photos really don’t do the views justice, it was simply breathtaking. You do need a car as it’s quite remote but perfect for what we wanted, a perfect location for touring the island. The villa was well equipped and we were particularly impressed with how responsive the host was. Check in was simple and straight forward and the villa was clean with plenty of spare items such as bedding, towels etc. I would recommend visiting Puig Santa magdelena for food at the top of the mountain, the views are out of this world. We travelled with a 3 and 4 year old and this villa was perfect for us. We love exploring and privacy and the villa offers exactly that. There is plenty of space and storage inside, but a recommendation I would give is there is no air con in the bedrooms. It’s fine when the temperature is below 35 degrees, but anything over this and the ceiling fans are redundant and just blow around the hot air.

Schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen an einem privaten Weg, 5 min von Inca entfernt am Hang des Klosterberges. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer, die voll ausgestattete Küche und die Außenanlagen sind modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Das Bad ist klein, aber zweckmäßig mit Bidet und zwei Waschbecken. Eine zweite Toilette im Waschmaschinenraum von der Terrasse aus zugänglich. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind klein, die Betten gut. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat leider keinen Ausblick, aber immerhin ein Fenster zum Lüften. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass Öl, Salz, Zucker, Gewürze aller Art, kaffeefilter, Alufolie und einiges andere mehr in den Schränken auf uns wartete. Gekühltes Wasser stand im Kühlschrank bereit. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bergkette der Tramuntana und über weite Ebene Mallorcas.

Der Gesamteindruck dieser Unterkunft war überzeugend und sehr zufriedenstellend Bis auf Kleinigkeiten bzgl Sauberkeit ( wir wissen das es in und nach der Hochsaison eine Herausforderung darstellt alles zu 100% sicherzustellen) Die Ausstattung (Küche, Handtücher etc) war voll und ganz in Ordnung Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt Die Lage war hervorragend und der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft Auch der Pool war gepflegt und sauber Danke für die schöne Auszeit

Wunderschöne Finca mit toller Lage Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ländlichen und ruhigen Umgebung und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Berge, Landschaft und Inca. Supermarkt in Inca ca 8min mit dem Auto entfernt. Frühstücken und Grillen auf der Terrasse und dabei einfach die Aussicht, die Sonnenuntergänge und den Sternenhimmel genießen.Der Pool ist fantastisch, groß und sauber. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer, die voll ausgestattete Küche (inklusive Salz,Pfeffer,Kaffee,Öl,Gewürze und einiges mehr)und die Außenanlagen sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet . Das Bad ist klein, aber zweckmäßig mit Bidet und zwei Waschbecken. Eine zweite Toilette im Waschmaschinenraum von der Terrasse aus zugänglich. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber fein. Die Betten sind gut. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat leider keinen Ausblick, aber ein Fenster zum lüften. Bei Problemen wurde sofort geholfen (schneller Austausch des kaputten Sonnenschirms) An -und Abreise klappten schnell und problemlos. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen!

Sehr außergewöhnliche Unterkunft für vier Personen, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will.

Man ist hier völlig für sich allein, hat keine Nachbarn und kann tun und lassen, was man will und wird von niemanden gestört. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, aber ein Radio wäre super.

Die Lage ist wunderschön

Die Lage ist wunderschön am Berg mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Gegend. Auf der Terrasse stieg uns der herrliche Duft der Orangenblüten in die Nase. Das Innere ist geräumig, zu viert hat man gut Platz. Sieht alles neu renoviert aus. Es ist sehr ruhig, kein Autolärm etc., für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
