Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more. Clean hotel and center to everything

This was our 1st hotel when we arrived in Japan & our last before we left to home. Great stay

The building, decor, and room was beautiful, upscale, decorated. Right in the heart of Narita shopping street and right outside of Narita Park, it was the perfect location to explore the city by just walking out the entrance. Staff were respectful, helpful, and courteous. I reserved their dinner and wow was that a fine dining experience and true taste of local, traditional cuisine. I will be staying at this establishment every chance I get!

Shuttle to and from airport and mall is a huge plus. Also has a small store inside hotel that is privately ran / not a hotel store. Rooms was perfect for my needs

I love this hotel and location! Its nice and quiet but still easy to get downtown and other areas. Its one stop way from the airport limousine pickup and a great outlet center.

Adjacent to train station and ambiance is clean and quiet.

The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great

This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store.
