"We go to this property about twice a month and usually have no issues, but this night the hotel was fully booked and we spent about $50 more than we are use to. Tthe room we were given had an A/C unit that was broken. It was only blowing out of 2/3 of the capacity as fans inside the machine were broken and the temp wouldn’t go below 72 (on a humid night) when it normally can get to 60 in those rooms. Around 7 pm we contacted the front desk about leaving and getting a refund and they said for us to wait as they were going to send someone out. About 2 hrs later they had someone there and they replaced the entire unit and immediately the room cooled down. This was about 10:30 pm by the time the repair men left. 10:30 pm. $170 for a night where I didn’t get to relax until 10:30 pm. Called the manager the next business day about getting a free night due to the incident and they said “we stayed, so we can’t give you anything.” The issue I have is my wife and I attempted to get a refund and leave earlier in the night and they told us they couldn’t do that yet the manager said that because we stayed, they can’t honor a free night due to the issue we had. This is not ok. They lost a loyal customer from this. Don’t treat your customers like this."

"My family of four stayed here for two weeks due to a home remodel, and it was perfect for our needs. The home is very clean and well-appointed. Heather is very responsive, and was accommodating when we had to extend the rental right before another guest was to check-in. I can't recommend this property enough!"

"We had a great time at this house. It is a little more run down than the pictures make it look but overall we were happy with it. A few little crawling bugs but I think that’s kind of expected with the location. My main complaint would be the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it bleached our swimsuits, it gave one of us a rash and all of us itchy. Other than that we had a great time and the owner was very nice and helpful. "

"This was a lovely home with a ton of amenities that kept our family ages 3-63 entertained. During the day we enjoyed bike riding and walking around the neighborhood which was safe for kids, there is a big grassy area in the middle of the homes which we played soccer and kick ball. In the evening we all enjoyed the upstairs game room and the media room was the icing on the cake...so cool. There was enough space for our family of 10-14 to eat in the large kitchen, a large island was useful for our Thanksgiving feast. The host was awesome, responded fast to questions. They paid attention to detail, beds and pillows were comfortable, make up towel in each bathroom, extra seating (chairs) in the garage. The couch downstairs was comfy for relaxing and napping. Only thing I would have added is a crock pot and a outdoor grill. 10/10. Thank you for sharing your home, great memories were definitely made...Of course we would stay here again!!!"
