Very pleasant stay

We were there with a group of four families with children. The common space was very nice to spend time after skiing. Maybe a little dark inside. Better light bulbs will probably solve it. Other than that it was great!

Excellent property for multiple families. We were 11 people from 3 families and the rooms are spread over two apartments with one main living area. It was easy to gather together or separate into your rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. One comment, the description of the bedrooms could be more descriptive. There were actually more beds than we anticipated which was a bonus. The house is on a quiet street. Great choice for groups.

rodzinny pobyt

Właściciele pomocni i bardzo uprzejmi. Obiekt czysty i przestronny. Uwagi wymagają min. mocno zużyte i szorstkie ręczniki, pościeli (poduszki i kołdry) nie nadawała się do użytku - zniszczone i wyeksploatowane. Suszarka na ubrania wymaga wymiany – obecna jest zardzewiała, a w łazienkach brakuje suszarek na ręczniki. Proponuję również rozważyć zmianę godziny wymeldowania – w większości obiektów noclegowych standardem europejskim jest doba hotelowa od 15:00 do 11:00. Miejsce ma dobry potęncjał.

Das Fernienhaus ist sauber und bietet viel Platz. Wir waren mit 10 Personen da. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist freundlich. Kleine Abstriche weil nur zwei Bäder vorhanden sind, und die Betten teilweise etwas durchgelegen. Trotzdem gerne wieder

Mooi huis met enorm veel ruimte !

Wij zijn met een groep geweest en hadden beide appartementen als een huis, en daarom was het enorm ! Mooi uitzicht op de bergen en alles was aanwezig! Lekker schoon en een goede locatie om dingen te ondernemen! Ook de eigenaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam dus al met al was het een top vakantie!

Es wäre gut mal ein paar Euros in Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu investieren. Man hat den Eindruck---in der Privatwohnung will ich die alten Teile nicht mehr haben....aber für die Gäste in der Ferienwohnung ist es gut genug.. Matratzen wären dringend mal zum austauschen.. Positiv der große Aufenthaltsraum

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet, modern und sauber. Gute Lage. Wir waren mit 9 Personen plus Hund dort. Etwas mehr Küchenbesteck (Salatbesteck, Pfannenwender...) wäre hilfreich. Die Internetleitung für die Unterkunft war leider nicht optimal. Seeeehr langsamer Datenfluss, oft Abmeldung aus Konferenzen, W-Lan nicht stabil. Wer evtl. vor Ort Homeoffice plant, könnte Probleme bekommen.

Vom Platz her super. Großräumige Zimmer, viel Stauraum, alles sauber. Die linke Wohnungsseite renoviert, die rechte Wohnungsseite teils sehr veraltet, vor allem die obere Etage. (Davon sind keine Fotos in der Anzeige) Wohn-/Essbereich sehr großzügig, Besteck, Teller, Platz in der Küche, Spülmaschine top. Der Backofen hat nicht gut funktioniert. Kein verlässliches Backen möglich. Kaum Küchen-Ausstattung. Kein Mixer, nur eine funktionierende Pfanne. Wenige Töpfe. Keine Topflappen/Untersetzer

Schöne große Feriennwohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 11 Personen als Großfamilie genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sind ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden und eine geräumige Küche mit einem großen Tisch, an dem alle Platz finden. Die Lage in Umhausen lädt zu Ausflügen in der Nähe (z.B. Stuiben Wasserfall, Piburger See, Acherkogelbahn, ...) ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist zum größten Teil im 90iger Jahre Stil eingerichtet, die Türen knarren, Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, teilweise löchrig, es war nur ein einziges dünnes Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war okay, was aber überhaupt nicht geht, ist dass die Vermieter während unserer vermeintlichen Abwesenheit die Wohnung ohne Absprache betreten haben. Auch am Abreisetag war das Verhalten unhöflich.

Schöne und große Wohnung (ideal für eine große Familie)

Wir haben als Großfamilie (11 Personen) ein wunderschönes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung im Ötztal verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz (eigentlich sind hier 2 Wohnungen über 2 Etagen miteinder verbunden) und ist mit vielen Schlafzimmern und Bädern bestens für große Gruppen geeignet. Die Küche bietet genug Geschirr für alle und vor allem einen großen Tisch, an den alle passen. Was man wissen muss: Seife, Geschirrhandtücher und Föhn sollten selbst mitgebracht werden. Ansonsten können wir das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Tolle Ausflugsziele gibt es viele in der Nähe wie den Stuiben-Wasserfall oder den Piburger See, die Acherkogelbahn,....). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

de matrassen zijn afschuwelijk slecht, je voelt de veren erdoorheen, de dekbedden zijn veel te klein en veel te dun, kussens waardeloos! De badhanddoeken (je krijgt er 1 per persoon per week!!) zijn ook veel te dunne, veel te vaak gewassen doekjes… Deze klachten werden al in 2018 in reviews gemeld, er is dus duidelijk niets mee gedaan. Keukenuitrusting is matig: slechte pannen, van sommige pannen is de bodem zwaar beschadigd, dus niet meer te gebruiken, een la vol stompe messen, geen spatels.

Zeer ruim, veel vrije kastruimte, heerlijk grote tafel om gezellig met z'n allen aan te zitten en dan als extra nog een prachtig uitzicht. Fijne centrale locatie voor vele tochten (wandelen, rafting, canyoning, geocaching, Klettergarten) en vooral goede basis voor de vele Klettersteigs in en rond het Ötztal.
