Beautiful home in Imotski with sauna

  • Luxury property, located in a suburb of Imotski, has a completely fenced property, except for parking.



    It consists of two houses and a swimming pool in the middle, which is ideal for spending time together outdoors. The larger house has two apartments and several terraces and a magnificent view of the surrounding fields and mountains. On the second floor it consists of a three bedroom apartment, kitchen with living room and bathroom, while the second floor apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen with living room and bathroom and additional toilet. The first floor with a sauna, bar, lounge with table tennis, foosball, darts and fitness room with various equipment and bathroom is connected to the second floor via interior stairs.



    The smaller house consists of two floors, where the kitchen and living room with direct exit to the pool terrace are located on the second floor, while on the first floor are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms in this house are equipped with heating and cooling system.



    On the north side and in the fenced part of the property there is a children's playground with various playground equipment and below the smaller house there is a multifunctional tennis court, soccer goals and volleyball net.



    This fantastic property offers complete comfort and relaxation, where your vacation will surely be unforgettable.



    Near the house there is a restaurant that offers delivery service by appointment.



    In the town of Imotski, numerous summer events take place. It is recommended to visit the Red and Blue Lake. The Makarska Riviera can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Tolle Villa mit atemberaubenden Ausblick.Gut ausgestattete Küchen in denen man sich auch selbst bekochen kann. Holzkohle und Gasgrill sind auch vorhanden. Ein Ausflug zum Meer ist nur eine halbe Auto Stunde entfernt. Die einzigen kleinen Mankos waren: Das Gitter um den Tennisplatz ist leider ein wenig zu groß für den Ball, sodass diese oft durch das Gitter fallen und ein Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage. Jedoch würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mycket bra umgängesytor både inne och ute. Klimatanläggningar i alla vardagsrum och i sju av sovrummen. Fantastisk pool med avsats för de små barnen eller ligga i för vuxna. Poolen var självrengörande och helt fri från all smuts och insekter hela tiden. Trevliga och tillmötesgående husvärdar. Hotellet 200 m bort hade mycket god mat. Det enda vi tyckte var dåligt var att trappan ner till de tre större sovrummen saknade räcke.
