「The Ivey’s was a beautiful ornate boutique hotel. The staff were all courteous and helpful. We had an issue with our room was available at check in. The staff offered us complementary cocktails but we were just tired from traveling. I would certainly recommend this Hotel.」
「This is a beautiful property! The neighborhood and grounds are gorgeous, and the location is an easy drive to the city, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, except for breakfast (included). It's a full breakfast menu, the 'breakfast room' is beautiful, and the wait staff was terrific. We had breakfast both mornings during our stay - the first was very good, the second was not...
「The location was perfect for attending a game at the Bank of America stadium and within walking distance to lots of other areas downtown. Safe and clean, very spacious and the lobby smelled amazing. The only down side was only one elevator was working which made waiting a little longer and the cooling system is a bit dated without a numbered thermostat, only says cooler or warmer. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and we will book it again!! 」
「Kind staffs and they kept the room clean every day. Close to EPICENTRE so it’s easy to find restaurants and bars but not too close therefore silent in the night. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.」
