「Bathroom could have been made better」

「 The property looks beautiful at first instant especially in pictures and the rooms are quite spacious, which initially gives a good impression. One of the biggest disappointments is the restaurant. It is poorly maintained with no proper seating, dirty and damp walls, and mop cloths scattered across the floor to cover the wet areas.It also lack basic amnities in room like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels and even the water bottles are not present in room.The room lock is so poor that it can be...

「I like property location. nothing unique other there. on peper commitment for facility is not there...for tv only free channel, Ac not working, room equipment is not on desk... water heater not working」

「The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets.」

「They had already given the Villa to someone else and I booked from hotels.com They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. The listing in the website is like a scam, do not reserve from hotels.com. I hv no idea what is going to happen to my money now. Worst experience ever.」
