"The house is located is a peaceful part of La Gomera about 20 min walk from the centre. It's a lovely space to relax with an attractive garden and pool . There is a shop about 7 minutes walk away and you could dine at the Parador which is nearby. La Gomera is a beautiful island, wonderful for hikes or just enjoying the spectacular scenery."

"Casa Epina se encuentra bien comunicada muy cerca de Garajonay y a 20 min de Vallehermoso pueblo. Alberto fue muy amable al recibirnos y la casa estaba muy limpia y preparada para recibirnos. Nos resultó muy fría, a pesar de los radiadores con los que venía equipado el alojamiento, creo que también tuvimos mala suerte con el tiempo esta semana. Por lo demás todo fue bien. "

"Very nice situated house with view to the mountain and the sea, very quiet, although you are close to village. "

"Pros: The house is wonderful, very clean, renewed and with all the facilities required to have a very nice time. We spent 1 week and the pool is joined with the rest of properties, but we were almost everyday alone on it. The check-in is very easy, you receives the keys and that is all. Emilio is very friendly and he called us 2 times on that week to know if everything were ok. Definitely, highly recommended. Cons: We have nothing bad to tell."

"Sehr angenehm, hatte halt den Fuss verbogen, aber man kann auch gut essen und trinken, man muss nicht wandern, Strässle sind sehr interessant, auf jeden Fall Vollkasko bei Mietwagen und immer weg vom Berg parken"

Kitchen could be updated slightly with sharper knives and new frying pans but otherwise everything was very clean and functional and Hermigua is a beautiful town with plenty of walks nearby. "

Besonders für Wanderer ist die Lokation sehr zentral. Viele Wanderungen können ohne Anfahrt direkt vom Haus durchgeführt werden. "We have stayed in a few Paradores now and think that this has the most beautiful setting - overlooking the port of San Sebastián, it is a tranquil haven - classic architecture and sympathetically furnished, with a decent restaurant and lovely staff. The best place we stayed on La Gomera."

Lovely stay

"Amazing stay at Bancal! The hotel is huge, green, sustainable, the view of the Teide incredible and the service excellent (thanks to Charlie!). We ate at the buffet and the food was really good and the staff kind and professional. Overall, the quality/price is unbeatable and we really had a lovely stay."

"The property is secluded from all the small towns in the island but offers silence peace and comfort in the zone that it is located. The space was perfect for a family vacation of 5 people. I would recommend this property if staying in La Gomera for longer than 2 nights to make it worth your while. "

Delightful casita in Chele!!

"We had a delightful time staying in Luca and Lucia's lovely casita. They were excellent hosts very warm and welcoming and accommodating. Perfect location with easy access to beautiful nature and walks as well access to local supermercados within walking distance and the buzzy "downtown" of Valle Gran Rey offering good bakeries, fresh fish at the puerto. Also enjoyed late afternoons swimming in the warm ocean and relaxing on the playa after a long walk.Thank you too to Heike for coordinating. "
