Lamentável.

Lamentavelmente não tivemos uma experiência boa. O dono do hotel questionou a minha reserva pelo site Hotel.com., disse várias vezes que não trabalhava com esse site. Fez questão de mostrar o e-mail dizendo que eu não havia feito reserva. Situação constrangedora. Depois que telefonou ao Hotel.com, verificou que ele estava enganado e que havia reserva para este hotel. Sei que foi um caso pontual, lamentavelmente. E além disso, muito barulho para quem quer sossego. Não gostei.
