Roseus is a holiday cottage in lovely Combe Martin, offering a peaceful escape and with the beach just a mile away and within easy reach of Exmoor.. Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Sorry, no children under 5 years old.. Welcome to Roseus, is ideal for a small group or family, comfortably accommodating up to three people with its double bedroom and single room. Not suitable for very young children as the stairs are not gated. Roseus offers a practical and comfortable atmosphere with its open-plan kitchen and dining space on the ground floor. The kitchen provides all you’ll need to prepare meals. Upstairs, you will find the living area with Smart TV and two bedrooms providing a peaceful retreat for a restful night’s sleep and the shower room. Additionally, parking for two cars is available for your convenience.
