Overall a great stay. Good location easily walkable to a number of areas.
The only issue we had was cold water two mornings for the shower. The water never got warm. Addressed it to front desk staff bit remained unresolved.

The check-in person was not at all friendly and we had to ask him to repeat himself a few times as he was unclear. The staff person the next morning had no recommendations for breakfast - a common question I would think! The baseboards in the rooms were very dusty especially around the beds. There was garbage both on the pool level and the terrace where there was also poop (dog I hope!) that was also smeared on the carpet just inside the door!
Other than that the property was great, well-located and the value for dollar was very good.
