"This is a wonderful apartment in a great area (quiet too!) with bars, restaurants, easy Metro access. The owner has decorated with a lot of creative and unique art. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment sits in a courtyard that one must pass through two locking doors to access, so it was very safe. Nice neighbors too. "The apartment was clean, the host clearly communicated instructions and the location was incredibly convenient- close to the Parmentier metro stop so SUPER easy to travel around Paris. We felt very safe with the 4 parallel deadbolts securing the door. Loved being in the middle of a neighborhood. Highly recommend!"

The apartment is nestled in the back of a courtyard on a rather quiet block in the 8th Arr just steps away from the Champs Elysee.Very clean, very beautiful interior. Natural sunlight. It’s very quiet so not recommended for people who are looking to be loud and or party. Check in and check out was rather simple. I had such a positive stay that I would absolutely come back again! Excellent stay.
Hotel has been renovated recently. Everything is spanking new.
Staff: one young lady was extremely helpful. Cheerful and kind. We arrived early in the morning, they stored our luggage and offered coffee and tea.
Lots of restaurants and boulangeries around. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and opt to go out and have coffee and croissants.
It's very close to Sacré-Cœur and Moulin Rouge area.
Con - we book the Comfort Double room so it's not the smallest, but it was still...
