Accueil correct. Chambre donnant sur la rue principale donc bruyante même la nuit à toute heure Service ménage inexistant alors que nous avions mis chaque matin la pancarte pour le nettoyage donc très vite sale avec le sable ramené de la plage.

Joli hôtel bord de mer

Très bon accueil par la personne que nous avons vue à notre arrivée, elle nous a même laissé le choix de la chambre. Jolie chambre confortable vue assez sympa. Dîner et petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien mangé et été bien servis, malgré des voisins de table très envahissants et qui apparemment nécessitaient qu'on leur porte une attention bien particulière. Nous sommes donc déçus par une différence de comportements et d'attentions en fonction des clients. Nous avons ressenti comme une gène. Peut-être ne correspondions nous pas au standing de l'établissement ??... Dommage nous sommes pourtant des habitués de cette jolie île.

Absolut überhöhter Preis!!

Gemessen am Empfang und unmittelbaren Ambiente verlangt dieses Hotel Wucherpreise. Der Leiter des mit dem Hotel verbundenen Restaurants "Josephine" empfängt uns am ersten Abend mit einem unfreundlichen "Wir sind geschlossen" (um 23 Uhr), er war zu sehr damit beschäftigt, eine Runde Freunde zu bewirten, die sich auf der Terrasse vergnügten. Am Abend darauf grölten sich einige Betrunkene auf derselben Terrasse bis nach Mitternacht die Seele aus dem Leib - direkt unter unserem Fenster. Für das Frühstück, das einem dort serviert wird, zahlt man in La Rochelle 8 Euro - mit einem Espresso der auch danach schmeckt, während man sich hier ein dunkel gefärbtes Getränk in die Tasse schüttet, das man normalerweise in drittklassigen Schulkantinen zu trinken bekommt. Leider hat das Hotel hier eine Monopolstellung - es ist das einzige auf der Insel - und kann es sich so leisten, 140 Euro für einen Komfort zu verlangen, für den man in selbst Paris manchmal die Hälfte bezahlt. Sehr enttäuscht. Aber die Ile d'Aix ist natürlich wunderbar.
