「Wonderful place to stay. Lovely. But we picked it hoping it would be an easy one night stay before departing Malta. The taxi driver we had arranged for in advance stood us up and we were really, really lucky to find an alternative way to get to the airport in time. So stay someplace else for your last night on Malta. Otherwise, this place is super!」

While the outside of the building is not very attractive, the apartment itself was surprisingly nice — very clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and Malta’s National Aquarium. Communication with the host was great via Expedia’s message portal. The apartment is in the very heart of everything there is to see and do in Xlendi Bay. There are several restaurants and bars underneath the apartment (but NO noise at night from them) and many more across the road.
