「This location is falsely advertised on booking websites and does not provide clear and transparent description of where it is located. We were charged for a room the was not utilized. The location displayed on the booking websites shows in Raches but it is actually located in Agios Kirykos. This was only discovered after a non-refundable booking was completed. Horrible experience - PLEASE stay away. 」

「We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly.
