"Stayed for a couple of weeks whilst visiting friends and family in the area. Exterior of the hotel is impressive and the free parking is a good bonus. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Shin-Iizuka station and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The interior of the hotel is dated and I suspect it hasn't been updated since the hotel was built in the late 80's or early 90's. "One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Great location, super service by the excellent staff, especially the concierge team. They took extra care of my family by helping to fulfill all our requests. Arranged private transportation and tour for us. They were always with a smile and very friendly. The rooms were big and spacious and equipped with all the top quality amenities. Club lounge served a wide range of food with dedicated staff in attendance. We couldn’t ask for more.
