"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Herrlicher Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Nordsee. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gab einen Strandkorb der genutzt werden kann. Bis zum 15.Mai war der Zugang zum Strand mit Nachweis , dass man Feriengast ist kostenfrei.Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna hatte ich fast für mich alleine. Es war herrlich ruhig in der Anlage. Etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Treppen zum Schlafraum."

"Bei der Ankunft in Cuxhaven hatten wir durch die Vermieterin einen freundlichen Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe.In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, alles sauber ,gepflegt und ruhig."

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet.Vielen Dank!"

Die Wohnung liegt aus unserer Sicht optimal und man kann mit kurzen Wegen alles erreichen, was man erreichen möchte.Zudem ist die Wohnung für vier Personen optimal ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt. "selbst der eine Stern ist zu viel. die Lage und das Grundstück ist toll aber sehr ungepflegt. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr schlecht. Er versicherte mir das beide Bäder saniert sind und bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das unterr Badezimmer immer noch saniert wird. Dadurch war überall im Haus Baustaub. Die Lampen höngen kaputt von den Decken und es war sehr dreckig. Grill müssen wir selbst aufbauen und an die Fährrader und das Kajak das in der Beschreibung stand kommt man...

"We had a great, short family vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the food in the restaurant delicious. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open. There is an ice cream parlor and a small shop in walking distance, and it was just a short walk to the beach, too. We would stay again!"
