What a great find! The studio rooms we had were excellent - very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, very modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. We also had a balcony. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was also great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very close to everything. There is a great little beach and cafe just down a short path. Great sunsets and tucked off the main tourist drag which was lovely. The room was very clean with lots of attention to detail. The pool was pristine and very private.

Perfect place

Very nice place. Clean and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchenette. Great shower with toiletries. Easy communication over WhatsApp (as there is no reception). We have asked for late check out and instantly received a positive answer. Nice pool. A minute walk from the Marina (restaurants). Poor Wi-Fi (could have been a temporary or local issue).

Ideal stay

We stayed at the Junior suite for 7 nights. It was a spacious room,big enough for 2 adults and a child. All the furniture and equipment are brand new and in top condition. In room amenities include shampoo,shower gel,toothpaste,toothbrush,hand washing gel and kitchen equipment (cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, nespresso machine). The rooms are cleaned every day. The location of the rooms is convenient if you want to avoid driving, as it is a 5 minutes walk from the marina and also very close to a couple of beaches. The contact person Maria is just a call away,addressing every issue and giving helpful advice as a local!

While this location was perfect, the room was not comfortable at all - the bed specifically was very uncomfortable, and there were no extra pillows (3 total pillows for a queen sized bed and a twin bed). A recurrent issue we found throughout all hotels in Greece, but there was no washcloths provided with the bath towels. I had to use a worn t-shirt to soap up in the shower...

Υπέροχο minimal value for money κατάλυμα .

Ολοκαίνουριο κατάλυμα λίγα μέτρα από το κέντρο των Συβότων με άνετα δωμάτια minimal και με κουζίνακι για να φτιάξει κανείς κάτι για πρωινό ή και μεσημεριανό. Άνετο κρεβάτι και ωραίο μπάνιο όλα αυτά σε πολύ καλή τιμή. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεπτω.

Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Der Fernseher war groß. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Im Bad gab es Duschzeug wie Zahnbürste, Shampoo, Seife. Die kleine saubere Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher mit Kaffeekapseln , Tee, Milch und Zucker . Es gab ein Zimmerreinigung und saubere schöne Handtücher. Das Hotel hat einen schönen sauberen Pool. Das Hotel hat die beste Flussläufige Erreichbarkeit nach sivota Hafen. Es sind ca 4 min bis dorthin. Man kann abends schön ohne Auto zum Hafen und zurück. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Poolblick. Wir waren nur zwei Tage dort, da wir Familie in der Gegend besucht haben.
