We are within walking distance of the St. Mary's Glacier trailhead which is a 1 mile hike up to some of the most beautiful views and photographs in the world. Create lasting memories while being surrounded with ultimate comfort. Family Friendly, huge deck - Starlink Internet! Chalet Auguste has a deluxe, tankless hot water heater for luxurious hot showers after a day of fun in the mountains. New hot tub and trees have just been installed! If you are visitingus Oct- May, we have one of the most accessible homes on the mountain, but 4 wheel drive is still necessary due to the snow storms we can have.
If you have dreamed of eloping, renewing your vows or celebrating your anniversary at St. Mary’s we would love to make your day memorable and even have faux cakes available for rent or purchase. Our cakes help create beautiful photographs without the expensive bakery price tag.
The space
This home is new construction with every window and door placed to capture the best views of the beautiful pond and mountains! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one that is an en-suite) with two desk/office spaces for remote work. Starlink internet provides amazing WiFi for all of your streaming devices and the open concept kitchen and living room are perfect for everyone to enjoy their time together. The large wrap around deck overlooks the pond and comes with furniture for you to enjoy a meal or your morning coffee.
A new 5 person hot tub and trees have just been installed!
Other things to note:
Chalet Auguste is at 10,800 foot elevation. It is important to hydrate the day before you arrive and during your visit to avoid altitude sickness. We have county maintained roads but Four Wheel Drive vehicles are necessary October through May due to our snow storms.
