Doors broken, hairs left on the bathroom walls, had to request a new room due to noise of broken things on the property and overall guest behavior. Received a better room that was definitely cleaner.

The place was nice, very close to everything with breakfast available.The only suggestion is cleanliness and I called to request a towel(I stayed four days) and they told me no, I had to go to a local store to buy.

We stayed here based in part on other reviews talking about the comfortable beds, and were they right! The bed and pillow was wonderful and so comfortable that we recommend staying here just for that. The breakfast was really good. Standard hot fare of scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles, among other items. The space to have breakfast is open and airy. In fact we don’t know if we have seen a more spacious lobby area in any hotel we have stayed at. We didn’t use the pool but not sure it was open anyway. The bathroom area needed some updating as the tiles around the tub looked old and tired. Overall the room was a 7/10, because of the bed.

Bed was comfortable and the.place was quiet. Breakfast was a joke, room about the same. The tub is smooth surface and dangerous to use for a shower. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. In all, poorly maintained and serviced.

Our door card wouldn't work and we went down twice and still had to ask a staff members to open our door he couldn't either and had to use the master card. The room was good.

I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub. Water was green. Breakfast was minimal even for a discount hotel. Rooms were freshly painted but hair in tub, floors. Very slightly below average. Next time will be elsewhere

The pictures are old. Flowerbeds are overgrown. Bedding was filthy. 1" of dust on headboards and bathroom door is now a rolling barn door that won't stay closed. I demanded a full refund. I'm watching closely for that refund. We didn't stay there. We went to Holiday Inn express instead. Don't waste your time or money!

I’ll start with the good-the bed was comfortable. But so many other issues are leaving this property with a bad impression. When I booked, the description and photos for the different King rooms were the same, but I apparently booked a room with no fridge or microwave. Fine, I made it work. The ice machines were out of service, coffee maker was broken, there was a used bar of soap in the shower. The peep hole was blacked out-I learned this because someone banged on my door yelling as soon as I got to my room. The art fell from the wall at 6am. And on my last morning, I woke up to a handyman hammering on my window. I peeked around the curtains to make him aware there was someone here, and he just waved back! I learned that I had to ask for housekeeping, so I did. And they never came. The WiFi did not work in my room. Oh, and when I tried to call the front desk the first night, I learned that my landline phone was dead. I really should have left to stay somewhere else, but that seemed like a hassle considering my short stay, but with each day something else happening, it would have been worth the hassle.

The staff was very helpful and kind! They were top notch! The breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have some yogurt or some other protein besides sausage and eggs. The property was not clean, there was hair in the bathroom, on the floor and in the shower when I checked in. The entryway near our room had the same mess of powder laundry soap and dirt spilled on the tile the entire 4 days we were there. The parking lot felt very sketchy with a car with a broken window and glass on the ground parked there the entire time near the entrance closest to our room. The ice makers were out of order the entire time we stayed there. The pool was a very nice warm temperature and I was grateful they provided towels near the pool but often had to ask for towels because the rack was empty. The dryer in the laundry room was disgusting with at least 3 pieces of gum in wrappers melted around the inside of the drum. I have cleaned hotels as a profession and these things were unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here if the standard of cleanliness is not raised and the parking lot kept safer.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. Save yourself the trouble, and pay $20 for a better place. How I wish we would have done that. There are so many issues, not sure where to start. I will just list them off: One of the exterior doors didn't work. The room we reserved (double "queen") had full beds, not queens. The bathroom door was replaced with a janky barn door that didn't stay shut, and didn't have a lock. And it was done very, very poorly. The shower water was luke warm. They have no pack and plays for kids. They never brought us extra bedding that we requested for our baby to sleep on. The phone didn't even work to call the front desk. Whoever was working on the night of April 16 was too worried about getting off work to help us. There is no sound proofing between rooms. The WINDOW on the second floor opens wide up, nothing, not even a screen, to stop someone from falling out! Truat me, I could go on. The one decent thing was a warm pool, but that doesn't make up for how ridiculous our experience was. We seriously considered packing up in the middle of the night and going to another place. I will never stay here again, and would never recommend this place to anyone in good conscious. You and your family deserve better.

You get what you pay for, and I knew I was paying for a cheap hotel. It was clean, but housekeeping didn't get me new towels when I asked. It was a busy week with mostly full rooms at the hotel, so they were always behind on clean towels. There were never enough clean towels at the pool either. The pool was warm, and the hot tub wasn't too hot, which was nice. The beds were comfy. I'm guessing they got new beds since I stayed here last, because I slept great and my back didn't hurt after waking up. Breakfast was meh. The waffles and sausage were yummy, so I was fine. My husband can't eat sugar or pork, so the only thing he could have for breakfast was toast and eggs. The eggs had a weird taste. The breakfast options were: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal (3 flavors), muffins, toast, apples. Milk and kinda-juice. Like SunnyD and a strawberry(?) drink. The staff was always great. I messed up on my booking, and they were helpful and fixed it.

Waited 15 min to check in there was no one at the front desk. Even when I called no one came. Pool and hot tub water was dirty too much chlorine. Cause rashes. The rooms were not very clean. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. When I complained they only gave me excuses why it wasn’t up to standard. No apology.

Horrible place to stay. Shower was broken, electrical outlets with no covers and exposed wires. Door wasn’t self closing.
