Ginsyou is an older, well maintained property. Not all that modern. We ordered the dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found it to be way over the top. We could barely get through the dinner, as there was so much of it. The breakfast also consisted of some rather unusual food that my stomach could not tolerate in the morning. And there was no coffee with it. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, though.

チェックインからチェックアウトする日までスタッフの皆さんがとても優しくて、皆さんが笑顔が接してくれて本当に癒されました。 大浴場も9階の展望露天風呂も宿泊中何回も入りました…それだけ気持ち良かったです。 この宿に決めた1番の理由がお風呂だったので、吟松に宿泊して良かったと思います。 チェックアウト後、車が見えなくなるまで手を振ってお見送りしてくれた女性スタッフのお気持ちが凄く凄く嬉しかったです。 また、宿泊したいお宿です。

歩いて2分の砂蒸し会館が改修工事中で利用出来なかった。お宿のせいではないことは重々承知だか、砂蒸し温泉体験を楽しみにしていただけに残念だった。そういうアナウンスも事前にあるとありがたかったのに…と思う。 部屋、部屋付き露天風呂とも申し分ない素晴らしさだった。 お料理もスタッフのサービスも大変良かった。食事の配膳の際に利用当日が還暦の誕生日だと雑談をしたところ、誕生お祝いプレートやちゃんちゃんこを持って来てくれて記念写真を撮ってくれたスタッフには感動と感謝を伝えたい。 ぜひリピート利用したいお宿でまちがいない！砂蒸し温泉リベンジしたい！

10年振りの吟松滞在

10年振りに家族で滞在。今回は4人で離れの露天風呂付き客室を2部屋予約。80歳になる父は大浴場には行かず部屋の露天風呂にゆっくり何度も入り満足していました。最上階の天空野天風呂の眺めは良いです。日の出は山の向こうから上がるため日の出時間より15分以上しないと見られませんでした。途中で諦めてお風呂から出てしまった方々も…。私はたまたま髪を洗ってから出ようと思っていたら山から顔出す太陽を見られてラッキーでした。 料理は個室でいただけてどれも美味しかったです。特にテーブル中央にある温泉をを利用した熱で作る温泉卵や湯豆腐、そして長い竹で供される竹酒は風情があり、目の前で揚げられるさつま揚げは目でも楽しむことができ美味しさ倍増です。 離れの露天風呂付き客室に続く通路がやや暗く内装などチープなイメージに感じられました。露天風呂付き客室はそれなりのお値段もしますのでその部屋に行くまでの高級感も味わう事ができたら良いかと思います。 部屋のベッドは大きめの台座の上にマットレスが置かれているためマットレスから足を下ろしたら台座になります。そこからまた一段降りないと床になりません。夜は父は危ないと思ったのでデイベッドの方に寝てもらいました。(翌日宿泊した姉妹宿のホテルも同じタイプのベッドで、ベッドで寝た父は夜中トイレに起きて足を下ろした台座が床だと思って歩き出したため案の定踏み外して転倒してしまいました)若い人達にはスタイリッシュでいいですが高齢者には注意を促しておいても危ないベッドタイプだと感じました。 またフロントに近いトイレに行く階段にスロープ代わり？の板がありその板が全面覆っていなく、トイレのドアと緩衝するためなのか左側が空いていたためそこでも父が足を踏み外して転倒してしまいました。板は使用時のみ使い、普段は階段のままの方が良いかと思いました。 色々と意見も書きましたが滞在中はゆっくりと何度も掛け流しの露天風呂を部屋で楽しめて満足です。お見送りして下さった女将さん、見えなくなるまで手を振ってくださりありがとうございました。

コロナの影響で少し寂しかったです。

部屋の温泉も快適で食事も美味しかったがツアー客に慣れているのか人数をこなすような応対が感じられて少し残念だった。 それが嫌でいつも個人旅行しているので改善を期待しています。

やや古い感じでしたが、そこも風情あり、お食事も満足出来ました。最高階に露店風呂があり、そこからの景色が一番かな。駅までの送迎があるとより良かった。砂風呂がすぐ横で、宿泊中には時間なく入れなかったのは残念でした。

貴一點物有所值

到步時職員主動幫搬行李去房間，坐下wellcome drink及稍休一會，櫃枱女職員是日本人但懂説普通話，當日自動升級海景日式房，傳統的酒店+海景+非常整潔的環境，讓人有一種舒暢的感覺。早餐提供獨立房間讓我們一家有一個私人空間，餐點豐富好味，職員很有禮貌，感覺非常良好而且還有點感動，明白貴一點絕對物有所值！
