I only needed the room for a one night business trip. I chose a cost-effective option close to my work location. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The windows are very thin and you can hear all the outdoor traffic. Apparently in downtown Dallas, there is drag racing during the night on the streets and it is very loud. The staff did accommodate my early check-in and I was very appreciative of that. However, I would not stay there again.
