When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

"The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."

It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window advising not to throw cigarette butt out the window. There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners. "

The front desk associate that works the night was very helpful, and went above and beyond with our questionable and concerns and more! We were struggling, and she helped with our basic questions to helping us with laundry, booking a taxi to the airport, and helping us our issue with the door! 5 stars!!! "
