If it's warm, bring the boat! With a circle drive and parking for a trailer, we're just steps away from Hyrum Reservoir. The large washer and dryer will help with all the towels including lots of space to rest after a day on the water.

If it's cold, bring the skis and snowboards! We're quick drives to Cherry Peak (40 mins) and Beaver Mountain (50 mins) Ski Resorts, and our hassle free fireplace makes it easy to warm up after a snow day!
The space
Our home is a completely renovated 4bd 2bath getaway. The kitchen is ready for everything from Barbequing a full rack of ribs and 100 baked potatoes, to microwave popcorn and instant ramen.

At the end of the day, Memory Foam Mattresses and Black-Out shades in every bedroom will ensure you get the best night's sleep.
Guest access
Large front of the house makes parking for the whole family super easy. The backyard includes a raised deck including a BBQ grill, a Fire Pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the stars, and a patio area for dinners or games outside. Inside the house you have access to the upper portion of the home.

While we decide on plans for Phase 2 of our renovation, we'll keep the unfinished basement closed and locked. We store cleaning supplies and touch up paint
