Auguière West, house in the heart of the vineyard

The house is air-conditioned and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
It can accommodate up to 5 people, so it is ideal for a family or romantic stay.

The living room is equipped with 2 sofas offering 3 additional beds.
You have access to a television and a free Wifi connection.

The kitchen, independent and with an outside access, is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer).
We provide on request coffee machine, teapot and other kitchen utensils (request to be made before your stay).

You will also find a table in order to have your lunches inside.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The toilets are independent.

The house has a bedroom with a 160cm bed, ideal for a couple.

Finally, you can enjoy an outdoor space equipped with a beautiful terrace with a pergola, which allows you to dine outside even when the weather is not good, an outdoor table and a plancha which is perfect for your grills.
Two deckchairs are at your disposal to relax under the southern sun.

You have a parking space in front of the house. A fixed price of 50€ is applied for electric vehicles.

Please note that sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay are not included in the price of your stay.

These services can nevertheless be added to your rental on request at the following rates

- sheets: 13€ the single set / 24€ the double set
- towels: 7€ the kit of 2 towels
- cleaning at the end of your stay: 70€.

Located not far from the sea, l'Auguière Ouest is a semi-detached house with all the necessary amenities.
