It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, the place was clean, it had a laundry, a pool, a grill, place for children to play, kids tv shows that they actually like. Everything you need to for a comfortable family vacation. Ahhh and also friendly staff!

A taste of home away from home

Our trip was last minute, and the only room available was a “family” room, but we decided to book it despite the extra cost. And, boy, were we glad we did—it was super spacious, incredibly clean and well kept, and chock full of amenities—full kitchen, private patio, and 2 bathrooms to boot! We felt right at home in the comfy living room and dining room. And the hotel location is within minutes to everything you’d want, including beaches, markets, and restaurants. Cape Winds Resort is definitely on our radar going forward.

The AC down and upstairs were to small for the space. Therefore, the room will get sometimes uncomfortable. Besides the AC, I liked and enjoyed the hotel.

The place was great. Could have used some renovations and modernizations. But was a nice getaway. Only complaint was the lack of hot water on demand, it took 1-2 minutes for shower to get hot water. And there was no vent in the bathroom leading to very humid conditions inside the townhome. Shower left a lot to be desired, but other than that it was great.

Our party (two adults and one child) had a wonderful time. We stayed just one night but plan to come back again next time we're in Cape Cod. The pool was fun and the hot tub was nice. Kids under 14 are no allowed into the hot tub, which helped make it more relaxing. We stayed overnight on a Sunday and the property was very quiet. They also have a few grills, which we didn't get to use, but noted for next time.

2 issues I had was 1- temperature of the apt. It seemed the AC wasn’t working properly. It was quite humid in the bedroom being set at 68 with the door shut. We did notice a gap right underneath the AC unit to the outside. Not sure if this is the cause. 2-the water pressure. I struggled with getting the soap out of my hair for instance, because there was no pressure in the shower. Not sure if all your units are the same.

Terrible place to stay, cracks on wall, water was leaking from ceiling, shower area was all rusty, carpets were smell like death mouse, bed bugs were under mattress, soon you get the hotel, it smells cow manure all over the place..My son got asthma and we couldn’t stay no longer and we left. This place is definitely Terrible to stay.

Unfortunately our a/c did not work in lower half of townhouse. The closet doors did not work as it kept coming off the tracks. Office staff was very nice, gave us another DVD player because ours did not work. Musty smell when you enter the room, very humid even with a/c going upstairs. The pool was closed for a while during our stay.
