「The house and property are amazing. We had four adults and four children on our trip. The house is huge so there is plenty of space for everyone. The place feels like its right out of the Brady Bunch, in a good way. Would definitely book this property again.」

「Pictures were accurate. If you have a large group would advise bringing larger pans for cooking as the ones here were small and limited in numbers. The water softener would probably help eliminate or minimize the sulfur smell from the water, however, there was no salt in the brine tank to make it work. So if that is a concern I would also advise bringing bottled water. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding and it was very convenient. Also host was very prompt in response times.」

「Andrea the host is great but VRBO is a terrible company through which to rent the apartment. VRBO added charges that were not known to her or to me as a guest. This included a very high service fee as well a damaged protection fee. In addition Andrea charges per night were significantly less than what VRBO charged. 「The boats are sit on tops, not kayaks. The property was not prepared when I arrived. Leaks in roof, I could see through roof . Wet floor in bathroom. No towels were out. I had to vacuum up a broken dish upon my arrival. Dirty sponges in sink. And the deck drops off to lawn with no stairs. No one but a giant would call that a step. And the dock is unsafe, boards have holes and end was unsecure.」
