Only slight downside is that the proximity to other guests means sitting outside can be a little bit of an exercise in hearing other people’s conversation! "Great communication with Sue.A perfect place for two.Exactly as shown in the photographs.Had everything you could need and a great surprise was the cream tea that we found in the fridge.You can walk into Milford on sea and Keyhaven from the studio,both easy walks of about 10 minutes.Ferry to Hurst Castle from Keyhaven or you could do the 2 mile walk along the spit and get the ferry back."

"We had great communication with Ian the owner beforehand and knew exactly what the rules of the house were when we arrived at he house was lovely and clean, it was also exactly how it was described,also well equipped for everyone's needs, the weather and views were fantastic.
