"Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! "The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. "

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"This property is not 'posh' but it is absolutely perfect for a large family or group gathering. There is masses of space for cooking, eating and socialising and sitting outdoors. The setting of the cottage is second to none - surrounded by the fabulous New Forest and the giant redwoods of the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive. "We enjoyed our stay. The hut is well equipped and had the weather been warmer we could have benifitted from the outside space. We felt they needed to think about slightly better storage and the couch/ bunk beds were probably six inches too high for comfort. The fold away table was also poor although it served a purpose. The hut had a slightly tired feel and would benefit from some upgrading - television for example."

"Sea Cottage is an attractive, well appointed two bedroomed cottage conveniently situated in Lymington. The road is quiet wirh plenty of parking. The house is small but is well appointed and equipped. The stairs are steep but there is support from two handrails, one wooden, one rope. It has a patio area to the rear, which could be improved by newer furniture, a tidy up and some weeding."

"Second time at the Summer House. The best indicator i can give is i read 2 books. The location near to Lyndhurst and to Lymington is perfect for reducing travelling. Never realised how close we were to Beaulieu and Bournemouth. A day at Beaulieu wasn't long enough so a return is on the books. Travelling to Bournemouth and other seaside places is a waste of the tranquility of the stay. Walking the New Forest, on the doorstep is a dream. We will return in a heart. Alan"

"Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. We were a party of 2 and it felt enough for below deck as the room definitely is up top. The restaurant in marina is fabulous and so are their cocktails"
