「The hot tub is a bit of a joke. The rooms desperately need to be updated and maintained. In general the entire Hotel was very humid. Multiple lights needed new bulbs in the room. The place needs some TLC.」

「We have bed bug bites all over us n I want my money back!
We never saw staff, I called n told them we had bed bug bites all over us n the room number. She simply said they would tell management then they hung up.
How do I move forward with this. My partner is in misery n I’m not much better. We never realized what it was until I took pictures n googled bed bug bites!!! I’m a thousand miles from home! What the heck am I supposed to do?
I demand my money back!!!」
