We were a bit sceptical about Hurghada after reading some bad reviews and people’s scaremongering, but we had the best experience which exceeded our expectations. "Was greeted by Abdul at reception a lovely man I've met many times on my frequent stays at the giftun. He immediately upgraded my room even though I was only staying for 2 nights. I had stayed at the sinbad club for the previous 6 nights after being recommended to go there but didn't like it so I checked out early. I will definitely stay committed to the giftun in future for their great welcoming staff great food excellent facilities and great location."
