We have a big family and had plenty of space for sleeping, and doing other activities, the eating space was adequate, but because of our large group we ended up using the covered deck for more eating space. The yard was great for the kids to play games, the pickleball / basketball court was a hit for all ages. It was clean and had plenty of extra bedding, mattresses, and towels. We loved the big fridge and a huge freezer, we were able to put all of our perishables...
