The living room and bedrooms are particularly warm and welcoming, equipped with all the essentials to ensure a memorable stay. Plus, there are plenty of exquisite shops and restaurants in close proximity to discover and savor.

Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, to feel at home and relaxed. Wifi is available, complimentary coffee and wine. Feel free to use all of the space including the 2-car garage and washer and dryer.
2 minutes away from the house there is a beautifull and natural park, if you're feeling for a walk or run.

For business travelers, this house is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a full kitchen and a spacious living room. Cook up a delicious breakfast with the modern appliances and provided dishes, serveware, and utensils. And after a long day, relax on the comfortable couch.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house, it is a private place.

- For the safety and security of all residents and guests, CCTV cameras and 24/7 security monitoring are in place in front of the house.

-Excessive noise or any violation of the house rules will result in a fine. In the event that a guest poses a threat to others, the Host reserve the right to immediately evict the guest.

Other things to note
We are grateful to have the opportunity to host anyone that needs a place to sleep, relax while visiting the neighboring areas, attending events outside the home or for people that are travelling for work/business related purposes. It is important for our family to note that our home is NOT a venue and NOT available for people who are planning to host a party or celebration in the house.
