Koi Pond Nature Retreat

Welcome to our craftsman home in a quiet neighborhood near the Flint River. This is the perfect location for business travelers and families. Our home is quiet, cozy, with a hint of luxury. Take a moment to enjoy nature as you sit by the trellis and feed the Koi fish. TV's in each room, with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video and wireless high speed internet, using your account details. Stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal! NO PETS ALLOWED to support families suffering from allergies.
The Space:
Our space is perfect for families with Teenagers that can sit in the loft nook to hang out and enjoy their private bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of outdoor space to run around. Looking for peace of mind during Tornado season? This home has a Tornado Shelter in the garage that accommodates 10 people. The home unfortunately is NOT wheelchair accessible.
Guest Access:
The home has a two car garage with a long driveway for other vehicles. You have one entrance and one exit to the subdivision. The Flint River is nearby if you'd like to take a short 15-20 minute walk through a cleared trail.
Key things to note:
- Please supervise your children by the Koi Pond for safety reasons. Rocks are slippery when wet and you can fall in. The Koi Fish are not fed until the Spring.
- The main sidewalk entering the home is uneven in one area. Please be careful to preclude a fall.
- Unable to support scent free accommodations.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - $500.00 fee will be assessed for parties/events and $1500.00 for smoke damage
- No other guest allowed besides the number listed on the reservation (booking). Additional overnight guest will be charged a $50.00 fee per night.
- Maximum occupancy is seven, the home cannot support reservations above that number. If this is violated the reservations will be cancelled.
- Cameras are posted at the front door, back-yard, and garage for your safety. There are NO cameras in the house.
