「Not luxury by any means. Pictures are deceiving. When we arrived no towels, toilet paper, kleenex tissue. Batteries dead on remote. Both Coffee maker and keurig were broken. Was told we would have supplies delivered in the morning. No response from host. Ended up buying our own supplies. Completely ignored after that. Never again.」

「The unit was fine, and close to the ski hill and Spa (just a few minute drive). Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. The amenities in the unit need updating, mostly, kitchen utensils.」

「I think the host was a bot - detailed information that was well-timed, but did not respond to messages or phone calls.」

「Lovely stay at this unit! We have stayed at several in the complex and this was by far the nicest. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and beds so comfy! Would stay again!!!」

「It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. 」
