"Did not like the parking. Lot of construction in the area. Safety to from the assigned parking was a concern at times. The rain didn't help the situation either. During the construction period a small shuttle to the parking lot would help. A multi passenger golf cart would be ideal."

"We go to Western Massachusetts twice a year - some years it's more. Since discovering Berkshire Mountain Lodge, we have not been able to stay anywhere else. The staff have always been so pleasant and the room always smelled clean when you walk through the door."
