"We loved our short stay at the Bay Dream. Clean, comfortable home, well equipped and ideal for a young family. Only one slight negative was the state of the duvet in one of the bedrooms. It really could do with replacing. Otherwise our stay at Bay Dream was a lovely, refreshing break."

"Avoid this house and property company at all costs!!!! The house was dirty carpets not hoovered floors not swept, mould on the windows and in the pool area, dirty and wet towels laid over doors, broken kitchen cupboards,broken pool table garden overgrown and full of rubbish dirty mouldy cushions on the outdoor furniture. We had 2 blocked toilets and a usable shower in the annex and after the maintenance man had been he wasn’t able to mend these so the annexe became unusable 6 of our party had to go home. Pass the property believe it is ok to offer 15% refund minus fees and commission absolute disgrace "

"Good sized house for 8 off us and 1 dog . Nice and clean ,comfy beds and well stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment. A couple of things need attention window blinds not working and one ripped but all in all a nice cottage ."

"This is our second stay in a property managed by Anchor bay holidays, (different properties) I can say that communication is excellent emails and countdown reiterating information is spot on. The property Bay Break was clean tidy and had everything our party needed for a comfortable and cosy break. Although this property is quite near reception so further from the beach walk didn't impact on our stay. The bedroom that we occupied with en-suit facilities was comfortable and compact the radiator was not turned on in the en-suit and the valves had been shut so it wasn't possible to switch it on. The mattress in the other double bedroom requires replacement as the springing within the mattress is collapsed, brought to our attention by the other couple who were in our party. Other than these small items the property is pretty much perfect for a family dog friendly break. Would I stay here again YES, would I use Anchor bay holidays a resounding yes."

"We are thrilled with our stay at the wonderful property it fits in with our family share Christmas present. Booked again for this year. The Bay is a quiet non intrusive calm break away from all the hustles of life and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pet friendly makes it perfect for us."

"We really enjoy coming to The Bay and this year was no exception until New Year’s Eve when Fireworks were going off near our cottage! Our dog is absolutely terrified of them and was unfortunately left very distressed! We pay a lot of money each year to go to The Bay as it is a firework free place so we would definitely think twice before booking in future! Which is a massive shame."

"Sad to say but the cottage wasn't clean and the beds hadn't been changed. We for new bedding delivered at 10.30 when we discovered the beds weren't changed. The mattress in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Was so disappointed as when we have stayed before we had a better experience. "
