"The rental is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a beautiful setting. Basically in a Marina surrounded by boats. The rental process was seamless from booking through checkout.Renters should know this apartment is above a very good restaurant so you will have some sound from the kitchen and restaurant patrons. Cooking aromas come and go as well. The restaurant is Hook @ Harvey and is exceptional!There is a Kuerig coffee machine but No K Cups so take your own. The unit has step stairs to enter so if you have trouble with stairs beware. The outside trash can placement near the entry is problematic for flies entering the apartment while you are entering.These are NOT complaints but notes for the owners and renters. We loved the place and would return if in the area!"

"We had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the dog-friendly location and how easy it was to enjoy the area with our pup. Having the golf cart rental was such a fun bonus and made getting around even more enjoyable and convenient.The only small suggestion we would have is to make the dining area a little easier to access. We found ourselves needing to move furniture before and after meals, which was a bit cumbersome.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was fantastic. We would happily stay here again!"

"My family had an awesome time over Labor Day weekend staying at Ripple! (While we waited for the house to be ready, we took a short trip to Kiptopeke and saw the concrete ships. So cool!)Ripple was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our children, 21 and 24. It was peaceful, relaxing, clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We made sure to take our fishing gear, and spent a lot of our time out on the pier catching croakers, speckled sea trout (?), and our very first cobias!We are already talking about our next stay at Ripple. That time can't come soon enough! :)"

"Host was great. View great. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Negatives has to do with lawn service doesn’t clean outdoor shower area, Could use some hanging hooks in bathrooms for towels and dock kits. TV in family room is tough to watch from couch as it is too big. 70 inches. Like sitting in front row of IMAX theater. Lack of knives in silverware drawer. Umbrella on deck needs repair but once fixed good shade. Nice beach chairs and umbrella selection. Power cord for cart charging a plus. Door locks stick on outside. Lots games available I’m being being picky but nothing is a deal breaker. Good choice for rental."
