Staff was rude. Check in was horrible the staff kept threatening us with not getting a room despite paid reservation. A manager came out and got us sorted but it was hard to figure it out.
There was old food in my mini fridge. Elevators wouldn’t work. Line ups were Massive to go to our bedroom. Horrible service.
