"The communication in general was OK. Could be a bit more clear. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. It was quite cheap so expectations were not high and we expected things to be older, that is fine. What we really disliked though was the humidity in the house (rented beginning November). Everything smelled musty and stale and when we came home we had to thouroughly wash this smell out of all the clothes and bedsheaths. I think there might...

"Only negative comment would be the small space available for where bed has to be located with low ceiling on the inside half. We didn’t feel like sleeping in the double bed during our stay because of this especially in the hot weather. It felt too stuffy and the person who ends up on the inside May feel slightly trapped. "We booked a family room for the third week in July. Receptionist welcoming and spoke English. Room was of a good size, with bunk beds over the main double bed for our family. A couple of niggles though: The lighting system is confusing. There are limited instructions as to how to turn them off, though this is in German and French and not English. If you are reading this and having the same problem, you need to click the left hand switch twice to turn them off and have the room and darkness, otherwise every time you turn one light off, another one will turn on in the room. It took a call to the concierge to find this out (I suspect he was a little annoyed, as he told me twice that the instructions were on the wall - maybe expecting Facebook, French or German). Though the room was clean, the carpet needs washing, as there was an order of stinky feet to it. The room was also very hot, even with a ceiling fan, so you may want to bring a fan of your own to keep cool during the night."
