"What I liked: Very spacious, clean and quiet guesthouse! Very tastefully designed and the whole decor of the place was beautiful. There are lifts in the building too for you to use if you have heavy luggage. Also felt very safe as there was surveillance cameras inside and outside the building. Couldn't get any relaxation if you think you're stay in a residential accommodation. Staff / Owner was polite, room was clean & tidy. Nothing to complain! Will definitely visit again."

"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"
