「Everything was great」

「Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!」

「My wife and I were here for 6 days. It was great!! All the restaurants were very,very good except KasBash which the food was good just no flavor. The buffet was the best buffet we have been at in all our years of travel. The room was nice sized, housekeeping did wonderfully. All the people were very friendly and polite. The beaches were laid out extremely well. We were a little concerned about it being a noisy resort with it being family oriented. However, the pool area got a little noisy...

「Nuestra habitación era cómoda y de buen tamaño con una terracita con vista parcial al mar. El baño de la habitación estaba bien, pero podría estar mejor. El personal del hotel siempre fue atento y amable en todo momento. La comida en los restaurantes dejaba mucho que desear, ahí sí necesitan mejorar BASTANTE. 「The room was wonderful for our week long stay, they had everything one could need. The staff was really sweet, Ale was really helpful. We had a small kitchen which helped us for our breakfast. Highly recommended. 」

「Un hotel muy cálido !!! El personal de lo más amable…. Todos tienen un disposición muy buena. La habitación siempre limpia, clima bien! Comida variada y de muy buen sazón. Las Toritillas a mano una maravilla. Solo los refrescos Pepsi carecían de gas y tenían mal sabor. Preferiría coca cola. Gracias 」

「The hotel is a hop, skip and a jump from a amazing beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooftop was a great view. Drinks were spendy and Im not sure if they served food. It was definitely worth going up to get a great picture!」

「Pros: Ocean front & Location 10/10 Rooms are big and balcony is big. Cons: Biggest issue water pressure TERRIBLE. Rooms are dated bathroom tiny. RECOMMENDATIONS to hotel. Add a mirror outside of the bathroom. Especially for women who need to get ready while husband is inside the bathroom. 」

「Habitación bien equipada y cómoda, el buffet muy rico y variado, nos encantaron las noches temáticas en el restaurante y la excelente atención de todos los meseros, el salvavidas y baristas. Disfrutamos el kayak y el snorkel en la playa del hotel e incluso pudimos ver ballenas mientras tomábamos el desayuno. El camino hacia el restaurante y la playa puede ser pesado pero ofrecen traslados en vehículo. Definitivamente volveremos. 」

「Muy padre, todo la atención es muy buena, solamente les recomiendo que den un poco más de utilidad en cuestión de sartenes, ya que nomás nos dieron uno y no nos dieron para calentar tortillas, etc.」
