They gave me the wrong door code for my room; if I hadn't met someone from the same room, I could have been stranded. The lockers don't work. If you turned the actual face of the code part, it would open the door; you didn't need a code. No night lights for navigation, so the room light was on all night. No towels clearly made available - had to grab one from the front desk. No clear place to return them or the slippers. Had to ask someone where to find the slippers in the first place. The hallways smelled like cigarettes. The front door was broken and kept banging.

Good

The most important for me is the bathroom and it was clean. The AC couldn't work well so a little bit hot. The bunk was clean but not so soft. Overall is good for the range price. The roommate was also friendly.
